Phil Linder - National Emergency Services Training (NEST)
National Emergency Services Training (NEST) is Channel Solution's partner in the development and delivery of our ProBoard Certified HazMat training for first Responders. While theory is delivered online via the web, Phil personally oversees delivery and standards compliance for all hands-on training requirements of these programs.
He is a member of the International Fire Services Training Association (IFSTA) validation committee responsible for the development of the IFSTA Hazardous Materials For First Responders, 3rd Edition, and is currently on a committee developing a WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) training standard.
Phil's background includes a number of years as senior trainer for a major Canadian fire and rescue department and he currently manages Quantum Environmental Group's Emergency Response services throughout Canada.
